The evening’s food will focus on simplicity allowing the seasonal highlights to inspire new and creative dishes showcasing the bounty of the Pacific Northwest. Each item will be freshly prepared from scratch using the finest of Jones Family Farms local and sustainable ingredients produced from the garden, livestock and shellfish farms as well as harvested from the sea.
